The vineyards follow the Marne River meanders and are spread all the way up on the hills. The « river » wines from Cumières and Damery were highly appreciated ever since the Medieval era.

Cumières

Another way to discover these vineyards along the beautiful bends of the Marne River is to enjoy the river cruise on the « Champagne Vallée » boat. The river banks in Cumières are lined with Eric Sleziak’s large iron sculptures.
