Fiddlehead Cellars. Winemaker Kathy Joseph started the winery to capture the essence of the two grapes she loves best, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. The result is a wine that became a celebrity in itself in the film Sideways, when a character discussed that she was drinking a ‘Fiddlehead Sauvignon Blanc’. Only 5,000 cases are produced per year, in keeping with Kathy’s philosophy of personal interest in each barrel of wine.
