Gaëlle Cerini, from the restaurant 'Mets et Vins Plaisirs' in Angers Domaine Eric Morgat, le Cru Savennières: a wonderful expression of the chenin grape variety, full-bodied and complex, that discloses progressively in the glass (to be decanted an hour beforehand). A lot of substance with candied flavours and a final impression of freshness with seducive acid notes. This is a charismatic wine, powerful yet soft in its texture. One of the most beautiful Savennières of the market. A true favourite!
