Patrick Léon, the owner since 1995, is none other than the mythical winemaker of the Mouton Rothschild and Opus One in California! You soon realise you are in a good establishment. The wines are made up of a subtle blend of merlot grapes to which 20% cabernet franc is added and the rest is the master’s know how!
